5:00pm: URC 2024 Judging Period on the URC 2024 Symposium system. Presenters should closely monitor their email messages during this time period for questions/comments notifications from the judges. Presenters should reply back to the judges within this time period with answers to questions.

8:30 AM: URC 2024 Registration opens outside of the 340 Ballroom
9:15 – 10 AM: Opening Ceremony and Keynote Speech in the 340 Ballroom
